Mediterranean Rooster & Mushroom Burger Bowl.
Serves 6
1 lb ground chicken breast
1 lb Portobello mushrooms
½ cup fresh new herbs- basil and parsley
1 egg
1/3 cup crumbled feta
1 T salt
Salad
2 cups cucumber
2 cups grape tomatoes
½ cup crumbled feta
½ cup clean herbs- basil and parsley
¼ cup pink wine vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
1. In a blender, insert mushrooms, egg, herbs, and salt. Pulse right until mushrooms are damaged down. Include mixture to ground hen, and crumble feta. Mix, and type into 6 burger patties.
2. Preheat char-griller to high, and spray some cooking spray on the grates. Grill each and every burger for 4 minutes per side, until eventually cooked by means of.
3. Though burgers are cooking, make the cucumber salad. Reduce cucumbers and tomatoes, chop the herbs, and mix with feta, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
4. Create your burger bowl! Fill a bowl with greens, a large serving of cucumber salad, and a rooster mushroom burger on top. Take pleasure in!
